For clients who need more than foundational daily assistance, Advanced Personal Care provides a broader level of support tailored to more complex routines and safety needs.
Support includes:
- Medication reminders (non-administration)
- Safety supervision throughout daily routines
- Escort assistance within the home
- Structured support for daily living routines
- Additional coordination for individuals with greater independence challenges
A safe, clean home is part of staying well. Our homemaker support helps clients maintain their living environment when household tasks become too demanding.
Support includes:
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry and linen changes
- Meal preparation
- Dishwashing
- Grocery assistance
Registered nurses visit clients at home to provide skilled oversight and coordination that keeps care safe, current, and appropriate.
Nurse visits include:
- Medication management and administration support
- Health monitoring and vital sign checks
- RN assessment and care plan oversight

How to Get Started
Most Ozark Personal Care services are funded through Missouri Medicaid (MO HealthNet) Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) programs. Eligible clients may qualify for covered personal care hours at no or low cost.
