Our Group X classes come in all shapes and sizes to fit your schedule and your fitness goals!

Kid Care during all Group X classes is included in the Ozark Fitness membership.

Beginner to intermediate class, Cardio lifting that will cycle through phases of weightlifting, body weight exercises and various forms of cardio.

Class designed for body conditioning or high endurance training or resistance training using high intensity. Targets strength building or muscular endurance. All levels of fitness. Modifications can be provided.

Beginner to intermediate class, cardio lifting that will cycle through phases of weight lifting, bodyweight exercises and various forms of cardio.


set

Designed to increase your fitness level with a mixture of cardio and weights. Endurance with weight for an overall full body workout.


spinning

A mix of hills that can challenge you and flat roads that let you recover with sprints mixed in. This is a class for all levels because you are ultimately in control of your workout.

 


cardio-fit

A mixture of flexibility, balance and strength. The focus is to tone and sculpt. All fitness levels.                                                                                                                                        

 


body sculpting

Designed to increased strength, endurance and flexibility. (Women's Only Class)                      


taiji

This class is Chinese martial art and form of stylized, meditative exercise, characterized by methodically slow circular and stretching movements and positions of bodily balance.


power

Power class is designed to increase your fitness level with a mixture of cardio and weights. Endurance with weight for an overall full body workout.

 


strength & Core

Is designed for body conditioning or high endurance training or resistance training using high intensity. Targets strength building or muscular endurance. All levels of fitness. Modifications
can be provided.

 


silver sneakers

Focuses on strengtheing muscles, increasing range of motion for daily life activities, weights, tubing, balls and chairs.


senior yoga

Seated and standing yoga poses; increase flexibility, balance, ROM, all fitness levels.
